Vaishali Gupta

Vaishali leads Oath’s Walnut Creek office, where she helps clients take ownership of their future with plans that reflect who they are and what matters most. A Bay Area native and former civil litigator, she brings a practical, deeply personal approach to estate planning.

She earned her law degree from Santa Clara University after studying philosophy and sociology at UC Davis. Outside of work, Vaishali stays busy with her two kids and enjoys cooking, staying active, and exploring new recipes.
