Emily Griffin

Emily leads Oath’s Denver office, where she helps clients create estate plans that provide clarity, protection, and peace of mind. With a background in litigation, she made the shift to estate planning to focus on work that feels more personal and purposeful.

Originally from Arizona, Emily earned her law degree from the University of Denver after studying at the University of Arizona. She’s known for making hard conversations easier and believes planning should free people to enjoy life more fully. Outside of work, Emily enjoys playing volleyball, trying new restaurants, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
