Melissa Moss

Melissa is the managing estate planning attorney with Oath in our Charleston office. She practices in the areas of estate planning and trust administration, and she is passionate about helping people protect the assets they have worked hard for, as well as making the process as easy as possible for our clients loved ones after they have passed. Melissa is originally from Virginia, but has called South Carolina home for over 20 years. She received her Bachelors Degree from Coastal Carolina University, and went on to earn her J.D. from Charleston School of Law. In her free time, Melissa enjoys spending time with her children, going to the beach, traveling, spending time with friends, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols!
