Demi Allen

Demi is the Managing Estate Planning Attorney for Oath in our Austin office. Known for her exceptional academic rigor and detail-oriented approach, Demi graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas and earned her Juris Doctor with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Political Science provides a unique and empathetic foundation for helping clients navigate complex family and financial decisions. Though she grew up in California, Demi is a proud Texas transplant who moved here as quickly as she could. She is a dedicated member of the Texas State Bar Association, licensed to practice law across the state. Outside the office, Demi enjoys reading and spending time with her family and her two beloved pups, Willow and Ollie.
