Estate Planning Attorney

Bio

Vaishali is Oath's managing estate planning attorney at the Walnut Creek office, a Bay Area native who grew up in Saratoga and earned her undergraduate degree from UC Davis and law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. As the middle of five children, she learned early that there's no "one size fits all" approach to life, a philosophy that shapes her approach to estate planning. She empowers clients to take control of their future and protect what matters most to them. After nearly a decade practicing civil litigation and witnessing clients leave emotionally and financially drained even in victory, she returned to estate planning—the field that originally inspired her to practice law—so she could help people find power and peace of mind instead of conflict. Her children, whom she fondly calls her heart and soul, reminded her to follow her own advice to be "the captain" of her life, giving her the strength to reclaim her path and dedicate herself to helping clients chart their own course. In her free time, Vaishali enjoys staying active, discovering new recipes, and spending time with her son and daughter.
